How do payments work?

Who owns the code and servers?
You do. Source code is handed over with the final payment; everything runs on your own servers or cloud account. You can switch vendors anytime.
What if you disappear after launch?
The contract includes 1 year of free maintenance: bug fixes, small changes, backups. Optional annual plan afterwards — never forced.
